of Indian Institution of Catering Technology
& Hotel Management, Thanjavur was
established with the object of providing
education to the youths in promising areas
of software, health and management, enabling
them to become entrepreneurs or to seek
jobs in Indian and Multinational companies
as well in Government officers. The institution
offers 1 diploma, 11 UG, 5 PG and 2 PG
Diploma programmes. It also awaits affiliation
from Bharathidasan University for 2 UG
Programmes B.Sc. Physics and B.Sc Mathematics,
2 PG programmes M.Sc Fashion Technology
and Costume Design and M.Sc. Electronic
Media, 2 Research programmes – M.Phil
in Bio-Technology and M.Phil Food Service
Management and Dietetics during this academic
year 2005-2006.
